Within the different processing activities carried out in the organization, the following types are collected:

For what purposes and in which specific cases do we process personal data?

At boostmente.com personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Members: Management of the relationship, provision of services and activities, customer service, contact and commercial relations.
  • Prospective members: Follow-up and commercial opportunities for the organization.
  • Newsletter: Send information through the means provided about news, updates, products and services related to us or our sector.
  • Contact: Respond to information requests received about the products and services offered, as well as any other type of question sent by users.
  • Whistleblowing channel: Handle and manage reports submitted by users.

No profiles will be created nor will automated decisions be made with the personal data collected.

What is the legal basis for processing the data?

In the organization we may process personal information for:

  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: By way of example and not limitation: General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, General Tax Law, Corporate Tax Law, Auditing Law, Value Added Tax Law, Civil Code, Commercial Code.
  • Performance of a contract: Information about the products and/or services contracted, managing requests.
  • Consent: By accessing our website and filling in the forms or sending us data through the indicated electronic contact methods, you accept this Privacy Policy. Therefore, we rely on the user's consent for the processing of their data. Additionally, we inform you that we will only use personal information under this Privacy Policy and, in general, we will request your consent for uses for purposes other than those for which you initially gave it. Finally, we inform you that you may withdraw your consent at any time; you only need to contact us through the means indicated in this privacy policy.

To respond to requests, the data subject must provide the minimum information requested. In the event of missing data, such requests may not be attended.

For how long do we process personal data?

At boostmente.com personal data is processed for the following periods:

  • The period established by law.
  • The period necessary to comply with operational obligations.

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine possible liabilities that may arise from said purpose and data processing, in accordance with the regulations mentioned above, in addition to the periods established in the applicable archives and documentation regulations.

With whom do we share personal data?

To fulfill the aforementioned purposes, personal data may be shared with:

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf.
  • Tax Administration, Banking Entities, Public Administration with competence in the matter.

International transfers are carried out outside the European Economic Area due to the use of the Microsoft 365 environment, which is adhered to the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

What rights can you exercise?

Under European regulations the rights that assist you are the following:

  • Access: right to request information from the data controller about whether your personal data is being processed.
  • Rectification: right that allows the affected person to request the modification of data that are inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Objection: right of a person to oppose the processing of their personal data or to the cessation thereof.
  • Automated individual decisions: right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects on them or similarly significantly affects them.
  • Restriction: right to suspend the processing of the user's personal data in certain cases.
  • Erasure or Forgetting: right to erasure of the data subject's personal data.
  • Portability: right to request from the data controller that the personal data be provided in a structured and clear format to another controller.

The maximum period for resolution of the request is 30 days from its receipt, and it may be extended by a maximum period of 2 months where necessary.

The applicant may exercise their rights through the following means:
